Pulling it Together is a creative project with a mission to ignite potential in the 1 in 4 people who will experience mental health issues, through sharing our stories and ideas. In austerity Britain it can be a challenge getting mental health needs met, I believe by coming together we can create positive change. Comedy show 'Covered' is about my own mental health recovery and I've invited wellbeing experts along with people who have experienced mental health issues to share their insight through a series of blogs and podcasts.
